What’s keeping you where you are? What do you need to do to elevate yourself to where you want to be?
I’m going to write out a workout plan for the next week & stick to it. I feel like I’ve been playing fast and loose with my workouts lately. It’s so much easier when you plan it out and make things revolve around it. It’s better than overdoing some days and skipping on others. Stay tuned for the plan of attack….
